“I have been getting my tyres from Tip Top Tyres for about 6 or 7 years now and they have always done a great job, they are fast, friendly, efficient and competitively priced, but this week they went above and beyond. I ordered 2 rear tyres for my M135i and they were fitted on Friday morning, I travelled back up to Aberdeen yesterday and it was a horrible drive up because the rear of the car was really unstable. Turns out I ordered the wrong tyres (my car requires specific BMW star approved tyres for that model) bearing in mind I have put over 250 miles on these wheels I phoned up Tip Top to explain. I have since received a text message from them saying that they will have the BMW star approved tyres ready for exchange this coming Friday. I need to make up the difference on the price of tyres and fitting costs but considering the fault was mine I am very impressed and totally gob smacked. Hence the reason I would and already have recommended them to people.”
